Service description

BobIQ.ai is an AI-powered meeting intelligence platform. It records meetings you authorize, generates transcripts and AI-powered notes, maintains a cumulative knowledge base, and provides a conversational interface to query your meeting history.

Account and access

Each tenant (workspace) operates as an isolated environment with its own recordings, knowledge base, and configuration. Access is managed through API keys. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure and not sharing them with unauthorized parties.

Acceptable use

You agree to:

  • Only record meetings where all participants have been informed and have consented to recording, in compliance with applicable laws
  • Not upload or process content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
  • Not attempt to access other tenants' data or circumvent security measures
  • Not use the service to build a competing product using our APIs or infrastructure

Data ownership

You own your data. Your meeting recordings, transcripts, notes, and knowledge base content belong to you. We process your data solely to provide the service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

AI-generated content

Meeting notes, summaries, knowledge base entries, and Q&A responses are generated by AI (Google Gemini). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. You should verify AI-generated content before relying on it for decisions. We are not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated analysis.

Availability

We provide the service on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific uptime percentages or response times. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance in advance.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall BobIQ.ai be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data before it is deleted. Data is permanently deleted within 30 days of account termination.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
